Nancy Griebsch, originally from Saranac Lake, New York, graduated in art from the State University of NY, Buffalo. She received her MFA in Printmaking from Ohio University and continued her studies at L’Academie Des Beaux Arts in Leuven, Belgium. Nancy has been represented in numerous group shows in New York State and has received the Rochester Finger Lakes Exhibition’s Excellence in Printmaking Award, as well as the Memorial Art Gallery Patron’s Print Commission Award. Nancy has been a full-time Instructor of Printmaking at the Lake Placid School of Art, NY and has taught printmaking at the Creative Workshop, Rochester, NY.
