The Print Club of Rochester’s Printers Fair, 2024
The Printers Fair will be held in conjunction with the artist reception for the 93rd Annual Members Exhibition. You must be a 2024 Print Club of Rochester member in order to participate. Please read the following information carefully then fill out the application below.

When: Saturday, June 29th, 2024, 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Set up: 11:00 am
Where: University Gallery, RIT, James E. Booth Building, 166 Lomb Memorial Dr.
Rochester, NY 14623
- Fee is $10 if you apply by April 15, $15 after April 15. No applications will be accepted after May 15, 2024.
- There are a limited number of spaces available. Applicants will be accepted in the order they are received.
- You will be provided with a 8’ or 6’ table (no covering). Please Note: There are a limited number of 8’ tables, available on a first come basis. We will confirm your table size prior to the event so you can plan accordingly.
- Only one table per person
- Each artist will be responsible for accepting any payment for purchases. The Print Club of Rochester and University Gallery will not take any commission on sales. (This does not include your print in the exhibition).
- You can use your table as you please. Feel free to bring tools/plates/etc to explain how your work is made, or even do a simple demo. It is entirely up to you!
- You will be responsible for getting your items from the parking lot into the gallery. We suggest bringing a wagon or hand cart.
- You are required to supply 3 images of your work with the application. They will be used to help promote the fair on social media.
