Katherine C. Baca-Bielinis
Katherine C. Baca, a San Francisco native, received her B.A. in Art with an emphasis in printmaking from the California State University at Long Beach. She furthered her education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing an M.S. in Art Education. After a long career as a public school art teacher in the Rochester area, Katherine has since retired and is happily pursuing her artistic career. Although versed in a wide variety of media, her love of fine art printmaking has been reignited with the recent study of non-toxic etching. Katherine’s current work focuses on the exploration of non-toxic methods and processes.
