Shop Policies

  • All prints are hand pulled and as such will have slight variations in color.  Colors may represent differently than the color you see on your monitor.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Most domestic orders will be sent via Priority Mail or First Class Mail and will have delivery confirmation.
  • International orders will be sent by Priority Mail via USPS and may be recalculated and billed at actual cost.
  • If you would prefer a signature confirmation, make note of this when ordering. Please ensure that someone will be present to sign for the package (otherwise it will be held at the post office).
  • The Print Club of Rochester will not be responsible for items that show as being delivered but were not received by the buyer.
  • If an incorrect or invalid address is given, and the item is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to send it out again.
  • USPS delivers on Saturdays and after normal business hours. DO NOT have items delivered to a business address unless you are certain someone will be there to receive it.
  • Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Need it faster? Send a message or make note when ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply.



REFUND POLICY

  • No refund will be given unless the item is damaged or lost.  
  • If an item arrives damaged, please send a picture of the package and item to info@printclubofrochester.org within 14 days of receipt.  You will receive instructions regarding the return of the damaged item. Upon receipt of the damage item, a replacement item will be sent.
  • If for some reason it is not possible to send a replacement item, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase (item, shipping & tax).
  • If the item is lost in transit, you must notify us within 14 days of ordering.  We will contact you regarding solutions.

CHANGES

  • We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
